Technical Methodology

How B&A separates source data from derived results, validates inputs, quantifies uncertainty and preserves reproducibility.

Source measurements, geometry, evidence and material assessments remain distinguishable from derived P05/P50/P95, mass, PSI, transport and report outputs. Derived values belong to a versioned analysis run.
Density, compaction, uncertainty, PSI threshold, truck capacity, utilization, fleet size, cycle time and placement assumptions are treated as project technical data rather than device-only preferences.
Imports and records can be checked for missing identifiers, invalid geometry/coordinates, unknown materials, weak confidence and incomplete technical assumptions before analysis.
A source revision, assumption set, engine version and stored random seed identify the analysis run so technical regression and reproduction are possible.
Dashboard, CSV and report outputs are intended to consume the same immutable analytical snapshot rather than independently recomputing key quantities.
